CE/CSD (Chief Engineer/ Customer Services Director) If the bill is up to Rs 500,000, he can extend the due date for five days. He can allow twelve installments of your electric bill up to Rs 10,00,000.
CEO (Chief Executive Officer) He can extend the due date by ten days for any amount of the bill. He has full powers.

FESCO Management Information System (MIS) is an online portal established by Power Information Technology Company (PITC). PITC developed a portal to help the FESCO staff members oversee all the activities digitally.
